Oh wow, that's finicky as hell. I assumed the speech bubble over Justine was for Igor since Igor doesn't have one despite having the talk prompt and I had no other reason to wedge myself in that corner.

I don't often put blame on the games for my stupidity, but would it kill them to mark Igor to indicate there are two people to talk to?

Yeah, dunno why they didn't do that.

Managed to finish Strength without a guide, although using a skill card for 10 feels a bit like cheating but hey ho.

Cheating my ass. Makes it easy enough for me to do without busting my butt trying to fuse that eton mess into it.

Oh yeah, for confidants, do you need the persona equipped or just in your roster to get the bonus?

Also small thing on the same note as the Justine speech bubble, you can interact with the bed too for something, not sure if it changes over time but it's there and easily missable

Haven't tried the bed, but you only need the Persona in your inventory for the bonus

afaik Moon doesn't actually require points for rank up and is instead gated by Mementos requests

Do I actually need to drop 100k on the fortune teller or can I blow this cash on cheap meds and maid services?

Fortune is really useful to have, arguably essential if you're going to gun for all Confidants on the first playthrough

I too have just finished that bit. May have been a bit easier for me since I had bribed Igor to let me fuse a Siegfried 10 levels above me, but god damn, that gooseberry fool Forneus

Completed the second castle and I'm loving it so far, the voice acting is also surprisingly good.

Voice acting in Persona games has always been good though?

Alternatively, P4 Arena's voices

NOMYARMOURNOMYARMOURNOMYARMOURNOMYARMOUR

That being said, my only complaint about the voices in P5 is that there isn't more lines to cycle through, it's the same one every time you get a knockdown from Morgana/Futaba so you'll hear LOOKING COOL JOKER a lot

I wish opening doors or pausing wouldn't interrupt dialogue in Mementos, hearing Yusuke talk about getting a gold star in class or Makoto asking where she can buy brass knuckles from is great and I want every line

I hate Mementos. Between that awful 10-second loop in place of actual music, and the constant drone of the engine, I really can't bear to spend any length of time in there. It's like Tartarus, if Tartarus had a dude following you around with his todger out and dragging his nails down a blackboard.

speaking of dude following you around Tartarus with his todger out, try going to Mementos during Flu Season and waiting a long time on one floor

best status ailment is Hunger tbh, just because I've seen it turn up exactly once and it worked out in my favour
