Replaced the hyperlinks above with ones from the Wayback Machine, also Console Defining games was missing pages so I filled in the gaps.

I've tried again to track down some of the other events folks have mentioned on here (such as polos), but so far i've not been able to find anything, my best guess is that they may well have taken place on OONM (though i can't say for sure).

I wouldn't say so, but who knows?

ARE THERE ANY FAMOUS ONM MEMBERS THAT ARE FAMOUS FOR GOOD REASONS?
It seems cruel to have Gamerkade in the "famous members" section of the archives, when the only other members in there are RadishHead, Donnel and Bonsley.

Well, if someone has the time, then go for it. The amount of cringe might make the Wayback Machine explode though.

Url?

When it's finished being archived, post the url. (Oddly, the last page is archived but some of the middle pages are not.)

Url to the GNC Club?

That was me with an Archive bot I'm using, heads straight to the Wayback Machine to be preserved forever. Crashed 11 hours in though and its only now I'm trying again. New stuff should be coming should it not fail again though and should be pretty comprehensive I'm told.
You fine sir are a legend. How does one get hold of an Archive bot or is it for the elite only?

Not really, I just had to go into an IRC channel and ask stating my reason. It won't stop apparently until its grabbed everything it can.

Free Guitar Hero equipment

Remember having a good laugh at this one, I'm really surprised nobody got caught.

This is amazing. Guitar Hero was worth hundreds of millions at that time, so I'm not surprised they turned a blind eye to a couple of dozen fraudulent claims. No idea how we missed that, though...

Being able to upload to YouTube is amazing when you're a huge company operating across the globe.

Please can we archive all of those threads asking Nintendo to make a new Banjo Kazooie game? Those were hilarious. Yes, there were more than one. Can't be that difficult to find.

Anyone remember thread where the OP saw the coca-cola advert and everyone suddenly decided to change their avatars to Christmas ones? It was like two or three weeks to 1st December at least.

Is this archive bot archiving the entire website or just specific threads posted here?

Its getting everything it can, it lets nothing go (Well OK, it lets irrelevant stuff go (Stuff like some external links which I deem to be eton mess or will stay up for 1000 years at a time like the BBC website)) but all the main content on the website including hotlinked pictures will be grabbed. Anyway I have some more content I wish to share, the Pokemon IRC fallout thread. I remember this one, and I haven't even played that much Pokemon in my life.
