Those Mario maker levels though.

Up until that final I was thinking 'hey, I could have done decently at this...'.

Surprisingly engaging to watch. Sitting here listening to the end credits music now though :p.

That was an amazing start to E3 tbh

Fallout 4 seems so much less enticing now. But here we go anyway 8)

That was the best advert for a game I've ever seen though. Everyone who watched that is going to want Mario Maker.

Edit: How do you even ninja like that?

That was utterly brilliant. Last year was good with the Smash Bros Invitational, but that was so much better. So many great moments. Not going to say Nintendo have won E3 already, but they've gotten a very good start. Plus it was great on Nintendo's end since I'm pretty sure the vast majority of the 400,000 or so viewers now want to buy Mario Maker.

EDIT: Just seen Nintendo have immediately tweeted a link to pre-order Mario Maker. They know how good that was.

Now to watch Bethesda, which will no doubt be a serious anti-climax.

It was so so good.

Nintendo winning E3 before it even starts. I actually felt so happy at the end that I could cry, and then Miyamoto came out being all cute and I died.

You nerds love Nintendo too much, the Mario Maker part was the only good bit in that whole thing.

I watched all of it last night. It was absolutely fantastic. I was never really excited for Mario Maker, until I saw them playing it. That was some pretty sweet promotion as I'm now sold on the game.

Yup. That really was some good stuff.
Oh yeah. There was something that got me during that Blast Ball event.

Two second teaser of a major update to 3DS? Or are Nintendo now running WiiU software in 3DS hardware?

well spotted !, that is strange, would the new 3ds be powerful enough for remote play like the psvita does with ps4 ? (i say powerful enough as i dont really understand what would be needed for remote play in terms of computer chip things)

With remote play all you really need is the connection speed and screen capabilities, much like how the gamepad is 'running' on the wiiu console itself. I would imagine it's very doable

Come to think of it, the new 3DS could be a solution to the Wii U's inability to function with more than one GamePad, espeically since the new one has an analogue stick, more processing power and extra shoulder buttons.

I managed to watch through all of it
Pretty good, Nintendo has already won E3
For some reason I love the end shot of everyone on stage, for the simple fact that it shows Miyamoto, Reggie and Arin all in the same thing.

Also I really want Mario Maker now holy eton mess
