I thought it was pretty poor actually, but then again I wasn't expecting to like it anyway (and it wasn't exactly aimed at me anyway), I have no interest in ARMS and only watched it for the Splatoon section near the end. I just hope seen as they have shown a lot of ARMS footage that it won't feature too heavily at E3.

Arms definitely looks rather good - though I likely won't get it at launch. I look forward to trying it out at the testfire. Splatoon 2 Single Player as expected, it's nice there's more weapon variety within it.
Ever since joining the original ONM I've been a huge Nintendo fan (specifically Zelda) and am looking forward to some great discussions. I was previously known as Lego Master

Great stuff, really pleasantly surprised with how much they've packed into ARMS - I'm really feeling Helix right now.

The Splatoon 2 trailer was just what we needed (single-player wise) too in my opinion.

Excited for more Splatoon single player, hopefully it builds on the first game and has some great bosses.

As a non-fan of fighting games Arms will take some convincing for me, but the testpunch sounds good

I'm gonna body all these fools with my Queen Twintelle >,>

Free DLC caught me off guard too. Good to this receiving continued support out of the gate. I'm getting way too hyped lol.

It was a good Direct showcasing all of what people can expect in the game. The Testpunch was the icing on the cake.
Arena fighters aren't my forte, so it'll take some selling for me as well.

ARMS is intriguing me more and more, but I'm grateful for the Testpunch to see if I can really get on board with it.

I do like Twintelle, though...

ARMS is looking pretty great. It looks like it's full of content, and everything has been explained rather well.

Incredibly catchy theme tune as well, even if it is just a load of "ooooooh"s

Agreed. I was always going to get this, and I though to myself what's left to show. Boy was I wrong, those game modes have got me pumped for this.

I thought the direct was rather good and gave a good insight on what Arms will be like, though I do think the game will be a little short on content when it launches but thankfully the free dlc makes up for it.
Global Testpunch is a good idea and hopefully will win around more undecided players.

Just hope this Arms direct means it'll only have a small section in the e3 presentation.

I imagine we might get a look at the first bit of DLC at E3, but I can't think we'll see much else, given that it'll be released a couple of days later.

Eight minutes long, so it's literally showcasing whatever game is coming with a title and brief overview. Whatever is shown will still get focus at Nintendo's E3 streams. Could also be two things at four minutes each or less.

Probably Stars, maybe something entirely new for Switch (Colosseum style adventure or battle sim?), as a complete outlier maybe Gen 4 remakes? (Would hope that if it is gen 4 they put it on Switch not 3DS)

Least all the speculation will be over now

Hope it's Stars or Sinnoh remakes, be happy with either but I'd prefer Stars.

I'm pretty open to Stars or a Remake. Wouldn't mind either way to be honest. I actually don't expect the remake to be for Switch tho. Just my guess.

Another far-out theory, but after listening to the GameXplain prediction video, I'm going to say it.
What if two games are coming? One for Switch and one for 3DS, but both are different. And both are follow-ons from Sun and Moon. The 3DS version would stay in Alola, following a new adventure with some new characters, exploring the fall of Team Skull and the aftermath of the Aether Foundation incident. Meanwhile, the Switch game would have you team up with Lillie in Kanto, seeing how the region has developed after numerous years [after all, Red and Blue are adults now. You cannot tell me nothing has changed in the region].

Got no signal in the loo. I've tried this before.

Give me SOME credit. I'd know if it was possible in the toilet.

Only way I'd get this new Pokemon game on the Switch is if it's a sequel to Sun/Moon or Gen 8 (which is very unlikely).

If it's D/P remakes or a third version of Sun/Moon I'll probably pass and watch LPs of the third version to see what's different.

Realistically it'll either be Stars or a Diamond/Pearl remake on the 3DS, I'd prefer a Switch Pokemon game but I doubt it.
