It's up for preorder on Amazon.co.uk now for £80: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B071G84PFQ

If you want one, get it now. The US preorders aren't live yet so they'll just order it from the UK.

Oh yes!

Pre-ordered, mostly for Star Fox 2.

I wonder if the Classic Mini consoles are going to become a common thing from Nintendo, I would sell my soul for a GameCube classic Mini.

Bloody hell, it's out of stock already!
Sad thing is, a lot of those sold have probably gone to scalpers ready to re-sell them for £200 or something.

This is certainly interesting. Star Fox 2 would certainly be fun to play through, and some of those other games would interest me more than the NES Classic stuff. Now... GAME or Amazon?

Game.co.uk are still taking preorders. I think the Amazon one has just been pulled temporarily.

Got one pre ordered via Amazon, wonder if they'll actually try and meet the demand this time.

Got mine from GAME. So happy I managed to get one (they seem to be still selling them at GAME if anyone is struggling to find one).

As I said above, great list of built in GAMEs - a whole bunch of classic's I haven't played yet but were on my list to play one day.

I hope the actual unit ends up looking like it does on the box art in OP - the controller and everything looks just like the original.

Dare we dream? that would be so cool. Though personally I'd more like to see an N64 mini - that would be really cool (especially as there's only like about 10 N64 games on the Wii U eshop). Does anyone think realistically that Nintendo will release a 64 or GC mini one day. For now just incredibly happy we got the SNES.

Oh hell yes I am getting me one of those beauties (if they're still in stock anywhere)

Still have my original SNES but alas it's only got SMW, Adventure Island and a football game, and the output cable got knackered a few years ago so it's been collecting dust ever since. Feel like this'll be both a massive nostalgia trip (!!!!Super Mario World!!!!) and a chance to play some of the gems I missed out on first time round.

Interesting how we're getting Starfox 2 considering how big dicks Nintendo were over it, I'm surprised this has finally come around. Wouldn't mind hearing how this came to happen

Starfox 2, wow. I mean, that's pretty amazing for any company to do, let alone Nintendo. To bring back a cancelled game like that is amazing. eton mess like this and bringing Mother 1 outside of Japan, gives me hope for other cancelled/Japan-locked games. Literally in awe.

Shame I won't be able to get one...

I have preorderd one from Game, I would have rather orderd it from Amazon but had to go with what was available/possible at the time...

I have been saying they should release StarFox 2 for ages so glad to see it happening in some way finally, I know Arganout always complained that they didnt get paid for it and had there ideas ripped of by Nintendo in other games so there could be quiet an intresting story here.

I think the fact they wont make enough of these and you cant easily just preorder one if you want one sucks but this is Nintendo after all.

Including Star Fox 2 in the collection is a very clever move by Nintendo. It would be nice to get one but knowing Nintendo they'll make so few the only way you'll get one is by spending silly amounts of money on ebay.

Nope, although I don't particularly want one. I never had a SNES, but my first console was a NES. It's the NES mini I want.

Which is lucky because they seem to be out of stock already anyway.

The idea of the NES mini didnt appeal to me at first, and then when it did there was no chance of getting one. I have an old NES and about 80 games so at first I couldnt see the fuss but then latter I thought wouldnt it be cool to take that to the girlfriends with it being so small and an all in one thing. I guess this is the same thing I am seeing in the SNES its something I can take to hers.

If you want a NES mini and cant get one some would say sod it get a Raspberry pie fill it with NES games and go to town if Nintendo cant be botherd to make there product when youd happily pay for then I say take it as an invitation to just mock up your own

Don't really know why the NES Mini still isn't on the market anyway, I know it was only meant to be a temporary product but with how insanely well it sold you'd have thought a few more batches wouldn't have hurt.

exactly how I feel, only Nintendo would stop making a product that has huge demand.... you can bet your butt if Sony had made a Playstation One mini classic and people were reslling it for huge profit and people were begging for them to release more Sony would up production and reasure people more were coming and milked the thing for every penny they could get.
