I don't particularly feel "SUPER"....

I'd say I'm feeling a bit more on the "SUPA" side. After all, if I wasn't, I'd just be plain Waluigi, and no one would like that (Or so I was told on one of my old threads back on ONM)

I've been ill for months, I thought I was getting better but nope.
My body hates me, it really hates me... I might be dying, I can't be sure... send help.

On a brighter note, I found out how to get access to the American Netflix it's not that difficult, but I'm not that clever, like seriously, I'm wasting this perfect opportunity to watch the IT crowd :-)

Feeling slightly better than yesterday now, I can walk about the house almost like a normal person, plus my fever is down as well so that can only be a good sign. Might be able to check out that esports bar in London this week if it keeps going like this

At work I'm moving from the weekend shift to the full week shift. This is my last weekend though I've been training my replacement who is fine but I'm not really used to training someone.

Not feeling that confident leaving the weekend shift though. The Chef sleeps in a lot and is often late. Which causes later starts for breakfast. One of the staff members already there hardly does anything and she can be very moody. Like today she was incredibly grumpy. Though the other guy who is there is fine and we have seen our boss about the other two. Then my replacement seems fine though she's new so will take a bit to learn everything.

Though not my fault I ended up serving a vegetarian customer what I though was a vegetarian wrap when it was actually was filled with meat. The chef during the week labelled them as vegetarian but they were actually meat. So as far as we were aware there wasn't any reason to think otherwise. Luckily the guy was ok about it albeit in shock. Gave him a refund and offered him something else though he wasn't that hungry after that. Felt quite bad about it as he is a nice guy and isn't something that should be happening.

Went to London to meet up with friends, saw many impressive costumes outside MCM when meeting up, and then had a great Thai meal over near Waterloo.

But then fell over when running for the bus in town on my way back just now and badly grazed my arm so fun times! (Still made the bus though so pretty pleased with myself as I had to keep up with it as it went across town).

Both Vintage clothes stores and arcades are good things so that sounds like a pretty good combination to me.

Feeling crappy about relationships and lack of socials pretty much 24/7. Falling behind on college work. Need to get a personal statement done for Wednesday and can't write a single word on it. Haven't even decided what course I want to do yet.

I've tried killing myself three times in the last month, welcome to my life I'll be your sovereign host I've prepared some hors d'oeuvres may I take your coats

Welcome to my world.
Falling behind on college work.

Tell me about it, my University work is piling up pretty quick.
Need to get a personal statement done for Wednesday and can't write a single word on it.

Those things are a liverpool tart to do.
Haven't even decided what course I want to do yet.
Try and figure out what is doable but not boring.

holy eton mess...

i know from your point of view it seems unlikely, but things will get better. they did for me, and they did for other people i know. if you ever need someone to talk to, talking to the Samaritans is great, and I know we've never really talked but I'm always willing to listen to anything, and so is masa by the sounds of things

hang in there

Thanks for the kind words guys. I'm just happy that my ex-girlfriend who used to use ONM back in the day hasn't decided to jump on the SONM train.

Appreciated, I've been talking to them and I'm doing therapy and meds and stuff so I'm on track support-wise. Thanks anyway though. x

Noods, just to say, feel free to drop me a line anytime. I nearly killed myself in April and have lost the past 6 months or so to intense depression, so I have some idea how you feel. It's up to you, though - I won't force myself on you, and I'm well aware that discussing it as bluntly as I tend to can be a bit much for some.

Posting this publicly in case any other members with similar issues who want a friendly, confidential ear would benefit from it too. Just get in touch. :)

It's honestly not helping all that much but thanks for the kind words. Right back atcha!

What I will say is that if you're having problems, ring up Samaritans. They lend a non-judgmental ear and just spewing out how you feel can really put things into perspective even if it might not necessarily help how you're feeling.
