More or less what I would expect, though I've gained a bit of muscle and lost a bit of fat since I last checked my weight so idk how accurate this is for me currently

I also I said that I was 18 cause they don't give bmi for children

More importantly you don't even need to exercise to have an okay bmi/weight you just need to get god mode metabolism that's all

Underweight people almost invariably have a lower metabolism than overweight people.

Reduced sleep also reduces metabolism

True, but I also exhibit several of the symptoms of an overactive thyroid, which both my Grandmothers suffer from. My dad also exhibits symptoms of having an over active thyroid, but I don't think he's ever bothered to get checked for it.

24.4, I have lost a bit of weight over the last year through exercising more and just generally eating less. Ideally I'll lose another 1/2 a stone to get down to my overall goal of 11 stone.
