Not really, it's still used a lot, it's just to get an accurate result you use other things too.

BMI is only silly if you treat it as gospel.

Well I actually put more weight on over Christmas than I initially thought, was actually up to 12 & 1/2 stone. So this past week I've been getting back into exercising, back down to 12 stone so just another 1/2 stone to 1 stone to go and I'll be pretty happy. Trying to cut out carbs at dinner as well which will hopefully help as eating carbs at each main meal probably isn't ideal.

Cut out sugar. You'll see a world of difference very quickly.

I like fruit too much though, it's not like I add sugar to anything like a cuppa or cereal though so it could be worse I suppose.
