Things you would like to go away in 2018

I saw someone do this in a newspaper article and figured it would be fun to have a go here.

All you do is list a few of the things you would like to go away in 2018, simples!

Things i would like to go away in 2018

1. People blaming Brexit for everything

Doesn't seem to matter what it is these days, the cost of chocolate rises? It's brexit. A picture falls off the wall? It's Brexit! I suspect Brexit is to blame for my crappy TV signal too!

2. Donald Trump news stories

Oh no! He said something un-PC yet again! Let's all get angry and start throwing a hissy fit and flood all the various news websites about how outraged everyone is (when really, most people don't give a crap).

3. Smug smartphone smartarses.

Your bank has closed? I bank online with my phone! You turn on your heating with a button? I do mine online with my phone. You use a regular toilet? Not me, i do my business online with my phone! Oh f**k off!

4. Crap celeb TV show line ups

It's Celebrity Big Brother! Oh wait, there are no celebs in it, just a bunch of dull talentless 'reality' stars, people from america no one has ever heard of, and a bloke who may or may not have once sat in a pub three tables away from Robbie Williams.

5. Sky Sports F1

Doing all it can to suck the life out of the sport here in the UK, especially once it becomes the sole broadcaster in 2019 (requiring people to pay £40 a month for just 20 races a season).

6. ISIS

Enough said.

If we stop talking about how insane Trump is then we run the risk of normalising him and I don't want to live n a world where undoing decades of progress of peace talks in the middle East is met with "Oh Trump, what a card!"

It's nice to see something with some anger in it from you DJ but I have to say I think people need to keep calling Trump a dick and keep getting outraged at his stupidity, personally it's him I'd like to go away not his vocal haters.

Big brother etc is a tricky one for me some of it is not it but how some people watch it, that sort of worship of fame and dickheadishness. It's the worship of stupid shallow people I'd like to see end not the TV that has spawned partly as a result of it.

The smug smartphone thing I totally agree with, you see far to many smug gits go ''oh do you take applepay'' before cocking there wrist in a possing tosser way to simultaneously put it near the contact point but also show off there crappy wrist bling.

This gets me on to people in shops who can't or won't communicate in any way they either stay on there phone or remain silent throw there stuff on the till immediately hold a card against the contact point and keep a look on there face that says I'm far too important to have human interaction with someone in a shop, utter utter toss bags. You can add to this people who scream if the product they want is sold out or is not part of a promotion they wish it was etc.... Where has basic courtesy gone , I guess nowhere there have just always been aceholes about...

Brexit is and so far has been a eton mess storm but yes people take it far to far blaming it for everything and it drags actual credible complaints down.... I guess this amounts to dick heads should think before opening there mouths.

I'd also like an end to the monarchy, May to sod right off and don't get me started on certain aspects of education right now...

I was going to go in-depth on some eton mess and started doing so...but gooseberry fool, there's too much of it out there and I don't want to risk losing myself down some depressing rabbit hole just before Christmas.

All those reality TV programmes; Big Brother, Love Island, I'm a Celeb, X Factor - its all a load of utter eton mess. Why do people continue to watch it? I'll never understand. And all those police camera shows too, they're on constantly in our house - it drives me insane.

Those would make a great start.

Oh dear God, this too. Literally everything that's going wrong people will find a way to blame it on Brexit. We voted, that's what was decided. And get rid of all those MP's that can't accept it either instead of trying to find a way to reverse it. That's what happens when you live in a democratic society, sometimes things go your way sometimes not. Get over it.

Oh, fuck off and have a word with yourself. The vote was a bad call and a lot of things can be attributed to it. If you're so gooseberry fool sour about how your vote gooseberry fool things up, why don't you stop looking for excuses to joke about how it's exaggerated and have a look at the situation instead.

Nonce.

My vote changed nothing, I voted remain, but afterwards i accepted the result of the democratic poll like a rational individual, unlike those who've spent their time since collectively throwing their toys out of the pram.

This type of aggressive eton mess can gooseberry fool off in 2018 too. You're as redundant as your insults.

If people didn't get mad at each other and act aggressive then technology wouldn't have advanced the way it did. Where would your forum and eton mess cardgame username be then? Probably building Kurgan's in a steppe waiting for a goat to give birth.
