I got the Rocky 1 to 6 blue ray set for £2 super stoked, going to introduce my daughter to them.
I watched the eton mess out of the original films when I was kid. I rewatched them last year (or maybe the year before #TheRelentlessMarchOfTime ) and don't think 2 - 5 hold-up particularly well, but I still really enjoyed 1 and 6.

Has anyone seen Creed? I went in with pretty low expectations -but I really, really enjoyed that film. They took the standard Rocky formula and did something interesting and fresh with it, it was emotionally in more subtle / less in your face way of the other films and was probably the most "grown-up" [whatever that means] and "classy" [whatever that means] of [whatever that means] the Rocky films. It was quite interesting take on the underdog story having the protagonist be relatively privileged and the kind of person who didn't really need to get into boxing in the same way Rocky did (it made Creeds inner conflicts and personal struggles more nuanced then Rocky's in most films). I kind of think using Rocky a bit more sparingly and not having "Creed" be Rocky's story worked really nicely. Even in a bad Rocky film (e.g. 5) I always liked Rocky's easygoing, kind characterisation, but I think this version of Rocky (an older, damaged, but very wise-over-the-years mentor) is the Rocky I liked most.

gooseberry fool it I know this isn't the film thread and I saw this film like a year ago but 9/10.

That design on a t-shirt.
$18 (including shipping, from TeeVillain).

I got it on a teal coloured t-shirt, though. I think the design stands out a little more on the black, but I have too many black t-shirts and black seems to fade too quickly, so I decided to go for something different this time. I don't own a teal t-shirt.

Aliens are fun, but hunger isn't. Be sure not to starve in the unlikely event that Pizza is the only food available in the near future, or there will be nothing left of you for the aliens to eat.

But on a more serious note, remember guys to keep well fed in order to maintain strong skeltons and flesh.

For £40 you could have purchased this unique set of indexed chopping boards:

Image

We feel that this product is a great way to sink your money into a potentially unnecessary solution, but you can't put a price on pursuing your hobby.

The filing system allows you to choose the board you want, when you want, meaning you don't have to wash your board while the onions are going and you have to prepare the meat etc.. Stick the to boards or if you're feeling rebellious, prepare meat on the vegetable one!

If you can't cook, now is a great and fun time to learn with these state of the art chopping boards complete with the index box. It's like cooking with a drum barrel mag.

For £2.00 you could have bought a three pack of orange flavored condoms from a toilet vendor. We feel protecting yourself from any unexpected surprises is the best way to preserve your chocolate in the house. Image not included to protect innocence of forum base.

For £13.59 you could have bought this fantastic Sunderland AFC training shirt and still had enough money left to buy a nutritious happy meal from McDonalds AND a Mars Bar from your preferred corner shop.

Keeping a winning mentality is important, and what better to train in than the winning colours of Sunderland AFC. Train to win. Eat to win. Snack to win. Win, win, win.

At the TSF, we know language is important. That's why it's never too late to learn. For the low low price of sacrificing your internet premiums, you could had studied language at the TSF, and would both have known that it is is shortened to 'tis. The contraction comes to replace the missing sound i as both words are conjoined. The word 'tis had it's first recorded use in the 15th century.
