The fact it aired on Easter Sunday is actually hilarious

Its officially a certified U so no ones gonna be getting into trouble for it either, just the general assumption that everything is a harmless cartoon

Really, if the broadcaster isn't responsible for what children see on tv then who is?

Why haven't you guys touched upon the true greats yet?

I mean I'm all for these new-fangled animations, but where's the love for Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, The Flintstones etc.

Anyhow, is it weird that I spent like 3 hours last night just listening to cartoon intro music for the likes of Top Cat, The Jetsons, Animaniacs and Wacky Races? I think it's all come about because I watched Who Framed Roger Rabbit again, and feeling pretty Looney myself.

Also, Shave and a Haircut.....

Maybe there's just not much to say on something like classic animation that's been universally well received over decades to massive acclaim and don't exactly have much in the way of news to bring them up?

Yes, there have been 2 Top Cat films now, both very terrible.

Yeah, the only way I've heard about Top Cat is from my mum who fortunately got the DVD of it a while back.

Definitely one of my favourite themes out there.

Top Cat is so deeply ingrained into my psyche that I have uncontrollable urge to say "Hellllllo Officer Dibble~" every time I see a police car, so it's obviously the best cartoon.

RIP Duck Dodgers in the 24½th Century (seriously though this is a brilliant list)

Wikipedia wrote:This film has earned $40,708,634 in Mexico and grossed a total of $110,464,458 pesos. It has also become one of the biggest box office openings in Mexican cinema history. The UK release of this film opened at #7 at the weekend box office with £437,577 from 452 theaters throughout the country, behind the UK releases of What to Expect When You're Expecting, The Dictator, The Avengers, Men in Black 3, Snow White and the Huntsman, and Prometheus, and grossed a total of £2,845,031.
I guess the film had a low budget and thus, the money they made off of it was considered a good enough profit to get a sequel going. Although, the new film's got some pretty bad reviews in Mexico and hasn't made as much money, so I expect it to flop when it comes over here.

Every so often I will exclaim 'he-he-hey, TC', sometimes without prompt.

I've just realised why it's called TopCat.

Because it sounds like top hat.

I did it mum. I nailed it.

I saw the Top Cat trailer before Zootopiatropolis today and it was really amazing how the full two minutes of it all managed to have less character in it than the 16 second loop of Mickey spinning a boat wheel in the Disney logo that was made in 1928

I also saw it before Zootropolis and it was just so lifeless and none of the characters seemed likeable.

Also saw the Angry Birds trailer... just so generic.
