I love everything these 3 have ever done.

WHEN people talk about the bullying, what no one ever mentions is Carl unpleasantness towards Steve which often went a bit too far. HERE are some examples https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dUxjLkkkgJQ

You shouldn't capitalise the whole of the first word in a sentence, it's bad form.

I shouldn't have listened to these at work, just for the sake of laughing my angel delight off.

"And you never see an old man eat a Maaaaaarrrs Bar Bar Bar"

"I know you're just 16 but looking old and wise, that's because the chinese look older"

"My girlfriend haaaad a problem with her maaarrooow"

...Were just a selection of untasteful favourites. XD

I'm currently listening through the "second series" of the xfm shows once again. The radio shows are definitely the best thing the three have done together, as it feels the freshest. I do love the podcasts too though, especially the animated versions of them.

I never really got into An Idiot Abroad though. Karl, as stupid as he is, can come up with some genuinely funny and clever comments now and then, but without Ricky and Steve to go along with him I just felt it often fell flat.

Favourite moment of the show:
Ricky: (Laughing) Yeah, that's an interesting fact. Well you know a polar bear? Polar bears' skin is actually black and it's fur is transparent, not white and it gives the illusion; so it gets all the radiation possible from the sun, but is still camouflaged.
Steve: I don't understand that Rick, sorry, you lost me, if its skin's black...
Ricky: A Polar bear's skin's black.
Steve: ... and it's fur's translucent.
Ricky: And its fur's translucent.
Steve: So why is it white when we see it?
Ricky: Well, just cos the light hits it...
Steve: The sun reflects...
Ricky: ...and it makes it look white. Yeah, if you look at each individual hair, it's actually translucent.
Steve: So at night it would be black?
Ricky: Well... everything is.
Steve: Is it?
Steve: Ooo... not bright stuff, Rick.
Ricky wheezes with laughter.
Steve: You've embarrassed yourself! Play a record! “I know all about animals and stuff!” Do you Rick?

(Pilkipedia is an absolute God send too, for finding quotes and song names)

I've been watching that cartoon they done of the Ricky Gervais Show. I didn't used to be a fan of these as they cut hour shows into half-hour and I always felt the podcasts as a whole were greater than the sum of their equal parts and just flowed better when you hear the whole thing rather than segments but the animation really adds a lot and gives new dimension to something that already wonderful.

I love this one, the characters on the phone, really look exactly how Gervais makes them sound https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rVbzBNxNrqw

Leg Rubber is pretty amazing too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r271rqRJ81Y

Watch and feel happy and positive for the rest of the day :D

Karl's 'regurgitating crumpet' dance move from The Moaning of Life is one of the funniest things I've ever seen, honestly.
