Re: Your previous Pokemon teams
Would you rather fight one Tropius-sized Farfetch'd or 10 Farfetch'd-sized Tropius.

This just in a mysterious bird pokemon has made off with a stalk from one 'Tropius'. Tropius is worried it's race might now go extinct without it's sexual organ.

Re: Your previous Pokemon teams
I can remember only as far back as Alpha Sapphire and I did make slight alterations here and there, but these were my staples:
Blaziken
Sableye
Latias
Claydol
Banette
Suicune
What's the verdict from more seasoned players?

Re: Your previous Pokemon teams
I can only really comment on what I've used before, either as part of an in-game team or on competitive, but I had a Blaziken on Ruby and overall it was a very good mixed sweeper, though I suspect mine may have had a nature that reduced one of it's attacking stats, certainly checking it on Pearl seems to suggest so.
I also have a Blaziken on Y (the special Torchic) but haven't trained it any further since it reached it's final evolution. Mega Blaziken with Speed Boost though is ridiculously good.
Can't comment on the other five quite as much though you do often see Mega Sableye on Showdown in UU matches due to it's Magic Bounce ability. I hear Claydol is also pretty good but that has never been a Pokemon I have actively tried to use before.

Re: Your previous Pokemon teams
Kind of wonder what Sableye's doing since ingame is mostly just raw damage output and type coverage>everything else but yeah, it's an ingame team alright.

Re: Your previous Pokemon teams
Lost my HeartGold team to a corrupted save file. R.I.P that team.
Recent new teams:
Moon: Decidueye, Raichu, Lycanroc, Salazzle, Bewear, Araquanid. All are now Level 100.
Soul Silver: Totodile, Zubat, Mareep (in progress)

Re: Your previous Pokemon teams
Pokémon Moon (story-mode party):
Decidueye
Alolan Raichu
Alolan Persian
Incineroar (got a Litten very early on through wonder trade)
Lycanroc
Mudsdale
I had no idea what Rowlet was going to look like when it evolved. Ghost/grass type is pretty cool though I guess. I was also pleasantly surprised to find it learned false swipe (on levelling up as well, iirc), so that - combined with Raichu's thunder wave - was pretty useful for catching Pokemon along the way.
Lycanroc and Alolan Persian didn't end up being too useful, but it was alright. Just wanted some new Pokes on my team and Decidueye/Incineroar and to a lesser extent Mudsdale carried the team anyway. Not to mention exp share/max affection making the ride pretty smooth to say the least. So many crits and endured hits. I think the only time my team got KO'd was in the fight with totem Mimikyu, and maybe in the final battle too.
For Battle Tree I've been mainly using Celesteela, Pheromosa and Tapu Koko. Ultra beasts are really cool.

Re: Your previous Pokemon teams
Most recent team was from Moon,
Decidueye
Lycanroc
Umbreon
Mimikyu
Vikacolt
Sivally
I wish I could bring myself to buy another copy of Heart Gold or Soul Silver, last time I checked it was still selling for a decent price. Put too much time into Heart Gold first time round EV training Pokémon to start again and I don't think I even started on trading between Heart Gold and White 2.

Re: Your previous Pokemon teams
My team for first playthrough of Moon was
Primarina
Oricorio - The Fire One
Ribombee
Minior
Bruxish
Alolan Exeggutor
Oricorio was definitely the MVP for the endgame but Shell Smash Minior was fun.
Second Playthrough team was
Cloyster
Sudowoodo
Magmortar
Mandibuzz
Trevenant
Passimian
Passimian MVP'd it up this time with close combat spam fun.
